About The Position

This remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist role focuses on providing high-quality therapy through a virtual care model. You will meet with clients by video, assess their concerns, guide treatment goals, and provide clinical support for relationship issues, family stress, emotional concerns, and life challenges. The work is structured, client-centered, and grounded in helping people make meaningful progress from the comfort of their own space. This position offers the consistency of a full-time schedule with the flexibility of remote practice.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field
Active and unrestricted Texas LMFT license
Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with clients throughout Texas
Provide therapy for couples, families, and individuals facing relational or emotional concerns
Gather clinical history, review presenting concerns, and create clear treatment goals
Help clients work through communication patterns, conflict, stress, trauma-related concerns, and life changes
Document each session accurately and complete required clinical paperwork on time
Coordinate care needs within appropriate clinical and ethical boundaries
Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
Use secure technology to deliver consistent remote mental health services
