About The Position

Thriving Center of Psychology is a clinically led group practice committed to delivering evidence-based treatments and maintaining the highest standards of clinical care. We support our clinicians' professional growth and well-being, valuing community, culture, and integrated care. We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York, requiring a minimum of one day in-office for in-person care. The role involves carrying a full caseload of approximately 25-30 sessions per week. This is a W2 position.

Requirements

• Active, clear, independent license in New York.
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting.
• Experience in performing 45-60 min sessions.
