Requirements
- Active LMFT license in the state of Missouri
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and telehealth skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead individual, couples, and family therapy sessions online
- Identify behavioral patterns and relationship dynamics
- Develop and implement treatment strategies
- Keep detailed clinical records
- Adjust care plans based on client progress
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
