About The Position

We are looking for an Indiana Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients seeking support with relationships, family stress, emotional health, and life adjustments. This position allows you to use your LMFT training in a virtual care setting while working with clients who need steady guidance, practical coping tools, and space to work through personal and relational concerns. You will provide direct therapy, complete assessments, write treatment plans, and document client progress. The work requires strong clinical judgment, reliable communication, and the ability to create a professional therapeutic experience through telehealth.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing
  • Previous clinical experience working with individuals, couples, or families
  • Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform
  • Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with EHR systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver online therapy sessions for clients across Indiana
  • Work with clients on marriage concerns, family conflict, communication problems, stress, grief, and adjustment-related issues
  • Complete intake evaluations and identify the client’s main clinical needs
  • Create treatment plans that are clear, appropriate, and easy to track over time
  • Provide therapy using family systems, CBT, solution-focused, or other relevant approaches
  • Maintain current and accurate clinical documentation after sessions
  • Monitor client response to therapy and update goals when appropriate
  • Follow ethical, legal, and HIPAA guidelines for remote mental health care
  • Identify when clients may need outside resources, crisis support, or additional care coordination
