About The Position

eFinancial is seeking motivated, performance-driven licensed agents who thrive in a high-volume phone sales environment and want the opportunity to ramp quickly in a proven direct-to-consumer sales model. This role is ideal for agents with prior telesales, final expense, inbound insurance, or call-center sales experience who are ready to focus on closing business instead of chasing leads. In this role, you will connect with individuals using our advanced auto-dialing system. Your primary goal will be to provide individuals and families across the nation with peace of mind through the sale of eFinancial’s innovative life insurance products, delivering a seamless purchasing experience. Our team members are known for their result-driven approach, empathy, and commitment to ethical business practices.

Requirements

  • Active Life Insurance License preferred
  • Prior insurance telesales, final expense, inbound insurance sales, or call-center sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven and performance-focused role
  • Strong communication and rapport-building abilities
  • Coachable mindset with willingness to adapt and improve
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and technology platforms simultaneously
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • This position requires obtaining a life insurance license in addition to our standard background check. The licensing process can involve a more in-depth background review. If you have prior criminal record this may impact licensure.
