About The Position
Taubman Financial Management is looking for licensed life insurance agents who are ready to stop doing administrative busy work and start doing what they do best: selling and advising. This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity — we've built a fully automated back-office system that handles the paperwork, lead delivery, policy processing, and follow-up logistics — so you can spend your time in front of clients, not buried in admin tasks. Requirements
- Active life insurance license (required)
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Self-driven, coachable, and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
- Comfortable with commission-only, performance-based income
- Interest in either individual production or team building/leadership
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for client calls
