Licensed Life Insurance Producer
About The Position
Taubman Financial Management is looking for licensed life insurance agents who are ready to stop doing administrative busy work and start doing what they do best: selling and advising. This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity. They have built a fully automated back-office system that handles the paperwork, lead delivery, policy processing, and follow-up logistics, allowing agents to spend their time in front of clients, not buried in admin tasks. Agents can choose to run as a solo producer or build and lead their own team. This role is for self-motivated agents who want uncapped earning potential, a flexible remote schedule, and the infrastructure to dynamically scale their book of business.
Requirements
- Active life insurance license (required)
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Self-driven, coachable, and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
- Comfortable with commission-only, performance-based income
- Interest in either individual production or team building/leadership
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for client calls

- Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or a related sales role preferred
