Licensed Land Surveyor

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor
- License in New Jersey is required
- Proficient in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GIS
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to examine and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings
- Ability to examine boundary evidence survey resolutions
- Construction Layout computations and calculations
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

- New York license is preferred

- Plan, coordinate and schedule project work tasks for multiple projects
