Join our team and Haley Ward will provide you: Haley Ward is looking for a Land Surveyor Project Manager/Leominster Office Lead in our Leominster, MA office to oversee all aspects of survey projects, exercising creativity and ingenuity in devising criteria, techniques, strategy and methodologies for approaching assigned projects.

Requirements

Licensure as a Massachusetts Professional Land Surveyor registration required
Experience in Boundary surveys, Topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, Land Court Surveys, Subdivisions and Construction Layout surveys
Minimum of three years of experience as a PLS required
Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Civil 3D software experience is preferred.
AutoCAD is required
Strong organizational skills
Effective manager of people with the ability to inspire, lead, communicate, support, and mentor.
Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions, ability to clearly communicate information both verbally and in writing
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required
A criminal background check and driving record check will be conducted.

Nice To Haves

Civil 3D software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Leading and managing survey projects and client relationships in the Leominster area
Coordinate and assist in scheduling and preparing cost estimates under the supervision of the Survey Director.
Work closely with personnel from other departments, as necessary, to ensure fulfillment of contract requirements.
Assume responsibility for quality control to ensure surveys are correct and accurate.
Make recommendations on hiring, evaluating, promotion and/or discipline of assigned crew members.
Promote new business for the total company and for own area of expertise.
Supervising, coordinating, and reviewing work of project managers.
