Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of verifiable plumbing experience in a residential service and maintenance operation
Knowledge of local and national plumbing codes
A sales-oriented mindset, understanding that explaining options and solutions to customers in an informative and consultative manner is essential to demonstrating your technical expertise
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to adhering to safety regulations
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a thorough understanding of plumbing systems
Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a focus on upselling and providing added value
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
