This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems for commercial properties. Requirements

Previous professional experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing landscape irrigation systems required.
Strong hands-on knowledge of commercial irrigation systems.
Experience repairing valves, sprinkler heads, piping, controllers, wiring, and other irrigation components.
Ability to independently diagnose irrigation problems and determine appropriate repairs.
Experience troubleshooting irrigation controllers and basic electrical components.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
TX Driver License - Required.
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
Ability to walk commercial properties and job sites for extended periods.
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and work at ground level.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and irrigation equipment.
Comfortable performing physical labor, including digging and accessing underground irrigation components.
Ability to safely work around active commercial landscaping operations and outdoor job-site conditions.

Nice To Haves

TCEQ Irrigator License preferred.
Commercial landscaping or commercial irrigation experience is highly preferred.
TCEQ Licensed Irrigation - Preferred (or equivalent experience of 5 years).
Skilled in manual dexterity, with strong wrist and finger movement for various tasks.
Resilient in diverse working conditions, from extreme temperatures to challenging environments, while maintaining safety awareness.

Responsibilities

Install irrigation systems, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve irrigation system issues.
Collaborate with team members on various projects.
Maintain tools and equipment in top condition, adhering to safety protocols.
Provide exceptional service to clients, answering questions and offering solutions.
Accurately document completed repairs and additional repair needs.
