About The Position

Due to overwhelming growth, The Coughlin Automotive Group is looking for Licensed Insurance Sales Producers for our Allstate Insurance Agency located at Coughlin Automotive of Pataskala. Need aggressive self-motivators with excellent people skills and good written/verbal communication skills. You will be selling insurance for one of the top names in the industry - Allstate! And because we'll be working out of a dealership, the leads and opportunities are endless! You'll get top-of-the-line paid training from proven industry leaders. Property and Casualty licensing necessary, we will assist the right candidates obtain their P&C license. Requirements

Property and Casualty licensing necessary (will assist the right candidates obtain their P&C license)

Responsibilities

Solicit and write new lines of insurance business
Follow consistent processes for: Quoting policies, Lead Follow up, Application completion
Understand and follow underwriting guidelines
Ensure all documents are completed and correct
Manage prospecting campaigns
Stay ahead of company/state required training
