Requirements

Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License
One or more years of experience in insurance, banking, financial services, retail sales, or inside sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales technology

Nice To Haves

Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License
Auto insurance sales experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience in a high-volume sales environment

Responsibilities

Consult with members to identify their insurance needs.
Recommend personalized auto insurance solutions.
Convert company-generated opportunities into new policies.
Conduct insurance reviews to identify additional coverage opportunities.
Deliver an exceptional member experience from first conversation through policy binding.
Follow up using our CRM and sales technology.
Meet individual production and service goals.
Partner with Marketing, Member Services, and Enrollment teams.
