About The Position

Mid Mountain Insurance Agency (MMIA) is Fortegra’s fast-growing retail arm, built to move quickly, sell smarter, and create real opportunity for top producers. This role is for competitive, sales-driven individuals motivated by building something big. MMIA offers an uncapped commission structure, a salary plus commission, over 15 carrier options, a fast-growth environment, and is backed by Fortegra, a carrier with a 45+ year history of growth. Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty license (multi-state a plus).
  • Proven track record of outperforming sales goals, especially in outbound environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the discipline to own your results.

Nice To Haves

  • 4–7 years of insurance sales experience.
  • Experience selling manufactured home insurance.
  • A book of business you can bring with you.

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Close new business while delivering a great customer experience.
  • Leverage multiple insurance options to find the right fit for every customer.
  • Track performance and manage activity in CRM systems.
  • Stay sharp on industry trends, compliance, and product knowledge.
