About The Position

Realm Health is actively recruiting motivated, people-first Licensed Insurance Agents to join their growing team. In this high-impact, high-earning role, agents will introduce workforces, individuals, and families to insurance solutions that truly meet their needs, with unlimited income potential and the satisfaction of helping people protect what matters most. Realm Health aims to simplify insurance, offering proprietary products built exclusively for underserved markets such as small businesses, transportation workers, and individuals overlooked by traditional insurance. Agents will be in a position to deliver meaningful solutions, whether by helping businesses secure affordable benefits, guiding new members through coverage choices, or showing clients how to avoid unnecessary out-of-pocket costs. The company emphasizes that its products are real, the need is genuine, and every enrollment makes a difference in someone’s life.

Requirements

  • An active Texas Life and Health Insurance License in good standing is required or must be obtained prior to commencement of employment.
  • Proven track record in sales, insurance, or benefits – or a strong desire to build one.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills – you lead with empathy, not a pitch.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
  • Passion for helping underserved communities access quality insurance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with small businesses
  • Experience working with customers in the transportation industry is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop your own book of business through referrals, networking, warm leads, and outbound outreaches.
  • Present and sell Realm Health’s suite of insurance products to small businesses, transportation companies, and their employees.
  • Guide clients through plan selection with a consultative, education-first approach.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and employer groups.
  • Accurately complete online enrollment applications and maintain up-to-date client records.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional client and member experience
  • Stay current on Realm Health products, compliance requirements, and industry developments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
