Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty license (multi-state a plus)
  • Proven track record of outperforming sales goals, especially in outbound environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter mindset with the discipline to own your results

Nice To Haves

  • 4–7 years of insurance sales experience
  • Experience selling manufactured home insurance
  • A book of business you can bring with you
