About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, licensed Insurance Agent to help individuals and families protect one of their biggest investments—their home. In this role, you will work directly with clients to educate them on mortgage protection insurance options and help them choose coverage that fits their needs. If you enjoy building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and earning uncapped commission while making a difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License (as required for the products sold).
  • Proficient with computers and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective and existing clients regarding mortgage protection insurance.
  • Explain policy options, coverage, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.
  • Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Generate and follow up on leads.
  • Prepare quotes and assist clients through the application process.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Stay current on insurance products, industry regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Meet individual sales goals while maintaining high ethical standards.
