About The Position

ERB is urgently hiring 5 licensed Life Insurance Agents to support a heavy enrollment schedule this month and next month. We currently have 12 active client accounts scheduled for enrollment, creating immediate opportunities for licensed agents who are ready to work onsite, engage employees, and generate income right away. This is a high-volume, consultative outside sales role with structured scheduling and dedicated enrollment support. This role offers immediate production opportunities for licensed and available agents. It is a commission-based role with built-in stipend support.

Requirements

Active Life & Health Insurance License.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with public sector, municipal, or union-based enrollments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct group presentations and one-on-one benefit consultations (in-person and virtual).
Educate employees on benefit options including Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products.
Guide employees through the enrollment process using client systems and Employee Navigator.
Clearly explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details.
Maintain accurate and complete records within the CRM system.
Coordinate closely with Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs) to ensure efficient scheduling and high participation rates.
Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues.
Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations.
