Licensed Independent Social Worker
About The Position
Community Health Services is looking for a full-time LISW or LPCC responsible for providing evidence-based counseling and mental health assessments to adult and pediatric patients. This position requires comprehensive assessments, documentation in the electronic health record, and collaboration with team members and community agencies. Office hours are Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays! Excellent salary and benefits including vacation time, paid holidays and employer matched 401K. This position is eligible for Federal Student Loan Repayment. Community Health Services is dedicated to providing a healthy environment for our patients, families and staff. Requirements
- Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
- Ability to provide evidence-based counseling and mental health assessments.
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments.
- Experience with electronic health record documentation.
- Strong collaboration skills with team members and community agencies.
- Must pass a nicotine test as part of the pre-employment screening process.
