About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver remote therapy services to clients throughout Ohio. In this position, you will support individuals, couples, and families as they work through relational challenges, conflict, stress, and changes that affect daily functioning. Your work will include clinical assessments, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and ongoing therapeutic support through a telehealth platform.
Requirements
- Active Ohio LIMFT license required
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong knowledge of family systems and relationship-based therapy
- Comfortable providing care through a secure telehealth platform
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment needs
- Support clients with family conflict, relationship concerns, stress, anxiety, grief, and life transitions
- Develop treatment goals that are realistic, measurable, and clinically appropriate
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
