As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), you will combine clinical therapy skills with an understanding of the real-life stressors clients bring into care. You will serve clients connected to Alabama through secure telehealth sessions, keeping care accessible from a private remote workspace. Requirements
- Active Alabama LICSW license in good standing
- Comfort using telehealth tools, electronic documentation systems, and remote client communication
- Strong assessment skills, ethical judgment, and ability to manage a full-time caseload
- Ability to support clients with both emotional concerns and practical life stressors
- Clear writing skills and a reliable private workspace for virtual sessions
Responsibilities
- Use clinical social work skills to connect emotional needs with practical next steps
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow professional care standards
- Use sound clinical judgment when referrals or additional support may be needed
- Protect client privacy and maintain ethical remote practice standards
