About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients across Rhode Island. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing clinical support for individuals managing mental health concerns, life stressors, relationship challenges, and emotional difficulties. This is a full-time weekday role with steady hours, competitive pay, and full benefits.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker license in Rhode Island
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Prior clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant client history
- Create, update, and maintain treatment plans based on client needs
- Document sessions accurately and in a timely manner
- Use evidence-based clinical approaches appropriate to each client
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed
