We are looking to hire a skilled and licensed HVAC Lead Installer who can take ownership of installation projects, guide team members, and ensure systems are installed to the highest standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • State of Rhode Island HVAC License (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational HVAC training preferred
  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience, with leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safety standards
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
  • Skilled with hand and power tools used in HVAC installation
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform manual tasks
  • MUST EITHER HAVE LICENSE IN RI - REFRIGERATION OR PIPEFITTER, or HAVE EPA UNIVERSAL FOR MA!
  • Must be willing to work Tuesday - Sunday shift!

Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform residential HVAC installations to company and industry standards
  • Plan, measure, and assemble ductwork, piping, and electrical components
  • Connect and test systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations
  • Mentor junior installers and coordinate with team members to complete projects on time
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining system operation and answering questions
  • Maintain accurate installation documentation and manage tools and equipment
