About The Position

We are looking for a Pennsylvania-licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) to join our Western Pennsylvania team. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional who is ready to hit the ground running, build meaningful patient relationships, and practice hearing healthcare the right way. Our mission is simple: Hearing Care for Life. Our core values guide the way we operate every clinic and every patient interaction: Treat Every Patient Like Family, Educate Our Patients, Better Hearing Is the Agenda, See the Opportunity in Every Interaction. We believe patients deserve to be listened to—not rushed. They deserve to understand their hearing loss and their options—not to be pressured into a purchase. They deserve a professional who remembers their name, knows their story, and genuinely cares what happens after they leave the office. Our team members deserve the same kind of respect.
