About The Position
Get Me Healthcare is seeking a full-time remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent to join their growing team. This role offers a structured environment with high opportunity, designed to help agents earn more, learn more, and advance faster. The position involves connecting with inbound prospects seeking healthcare coverage and guiding them through enrollments for ACA, Medicare, and ancillary products using a compliance-focused process. Agents will build relationships, retain clients, and grow their business in a performance-driven culture that values improvement, teamwork, and professional growth. The company, founded in 2008, is a fast-growing health and Medicare agency that pioneered selling health insurance over the phone and promotes from within.
Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and dependable in a remote setting
- Must reside in one of the following states: Missouri, Illinois, Texas, Tennessee, Florida, Nevada, Arizona, or Georgia

Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound prospects actively seeking healthcare coverage.
- Guide clients through ACA, Medicare, and ancillary product enrollments.
- Utilize a structured, compliance-focused process for enrollments.
- Listen carefully to client needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
- Ensure each enrollment is accurate and complete.
- Build relationships and retain clients.
- Consistently grow your pipeline and book of business.
