Licensed Health Care Agent
About The Position
Licensed Health Insurance Agent conducts both Inbound and Outbound calls, focused on selling Medicare Advantage, PDPs, and Supplemental plans from multiple carriers. This is a remote position. Primary Responsibilities: Provide client support and knowledgeable guidance during the policy writing and renewal processes; Prepare and present policy/coverage options and information to clients; Ensure client records are maintained within client management database; and Address day-to-day client matters in a timely manner, including questions and issues surrounding claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates.
Requirements
- Active resident Health Insurance License
- Current Year AHIP Certified
- Complete Carrier Certifications and Contracts
- Adequate equipment to work from home and proficiency in computers
- Good Sales Background
- Ability to communicate through virtual platforms
- Comply with State and CMS guidelines
