CityCom Health is hiring licensed Health Insurance Agents to guide consumers through plan options and deliver a compliant, high-quality enrollment experience. Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License (in good standing)
- Strong communication skills and comfort level in educating consumers by phone
- Goal-driven and able to work independently while staying accountable to metrics
- Comfortable using CRM/digital sales tools and working in a structured sales environment
Nice To Haves
- ACA enrollment experience (Open Enrollment and/or SEP)
- Medicare and/or ancillary product sales experience
- Call-center or high-volume sales environment experience
Responsibilities
- Educate consumers on health plan options and eligibility at a clear, professional pace
- Recommend plans based on consumer needs
- Manage the full sales cycle needs assessment, education, enrollment, and follow-up support
- Hit (and exceed) weekly/monthly performance goals while maintaining compliance and quality
- Build trust with consumers through strong communication and relationship-building
