About The Position
Big Agency LLC is a fast-growing insurance brokerage that helps clients find health and life coverage through access to a broad range of carriers. Our approach gives agents the flexibility to serve clients with solutions that fit their individual needs, while building their business with the backing of a growing brokerage platform. In this role, you will work directly with clients to guide them toward health and life insurance plans that align with their situation. This is an opportunity for an agent who wants to grow their book of business, make a meaningful impact for clients, and be part of a brokerage that is expanding its reach and leadership capacity.
Requirements
- Experience in health and life insurance sales.
- An active 2-15 life and health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one within 2 weeks.

- Leadership experience is a plus.
