About The Position
Hair Cuttery is seeking talented and licensed Hair Stylists to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to turn your skills into significant earnings and career growth. Stylists are provided with tools, technology, and training to maximize their potential. The position emphasizes performance-based pay, allowing for growth through service and retail commissions, as well as tips. Hair Cuttery is the largest privately owned salon group in the U.S. with over 500 salons.
Requirements
- A valid cosmetology or barber license (state-specific).
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.

Responsibilities
- Perform hair services including cuts, fades, and color.
- Conduct client consultations.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Drive earnings through service and retail commissions.
- Be available for night, weekend, and holiday shifts to maximize earning potential.
