It's a clear and rewarding system built around your success. This full-time role offers a fast-paced schedule with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet client demand. Each day starts with prepping your station and reviewing appointments. You'll connect with clients, talk through their style goals, and deliver high-quality cuts and grooming services. As the day moves on, you'll balance multiple clients while keeping service levels high in a lively shop atmosphere. Teamwork is a big part of what we do-you'll collaborate with fellow stylists, exchange ideas, and pick up new techniques. By the end of your shift, you'll have made a real impact by helping clients look and feel their best.
Requirements
- Active Maryland barber or cosmetology license
- A strong focus on customer service and client experience
- A reliable, hardworking mindset with attention to detail
- Punctuality and an entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
