The Employee Benefits Licensed Account Manager serves as a primary day to day contact for a portfolio of employee benefits clients, delivering high quality service and helping ensure a smooth experience across the full account lifecycle. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, leading regular check ins, and resolving complex service matters related to claims, coverage, eligibility, and billing. The position also manages the renewal process from start to finish, including marketing new and renewal business to carriers, analyzing plan options, preparing benchmarking and proposal materials, and supporting producer and client strategy discussions. This role also plays a key part in open enrollment, benefits administration, and compliance support. The Employee Benefits Licensed Account Manager coordinates open enrollment meetings and materials, updates benefits administration systems, and helps guide employee enrollment activity. In addition, the role supports clients with day to day compliance needs related to ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA, while maintaining accurate records of client interactions, policy changes, and contracts within agency management systems. The ideal candidate is organized, client focused, and experienced in balancing service execution, renewal strategy, and administrative accuracy in a fast paced employee benefits environment.
