Licensed Forensic Psychologist-Team Leader
About The Position
Merakey is seeking a Licensed Psychologist Team Leader with strong forensic and supervisory experience. This role involves leading a team of forensic psychology professionals and contributing to the oversight of program operations, including workflow, compliance, staffing, budgeting, and quality. The position requires assessing team performance to ensure high-quality psychological assessments and educating and guiding the program in policy compliance, protocols, and continuous quality improvement. Additionally, the role involves partnering with behavioral health agencies and justice-system related stakeholders to enhance coordination, deflection, and diversion. Requirements
- Licensed Forensic Psychologist in PA
- Leadership experience
- Familiar with competency evaluation and restoration and service delivery
- Experience working in justice related systems
- Experience providing clinical supervision
Responsibilities
