About The Position
We are seeking career-minded, driven skin therapists who take pride in being true skin experts. Our specialty is targeted, results-driven skin health—mastering chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Diamond Glow, dermaplaning, LED, and custom enzyme therapies partnered with right treatment masks and home care regime. As a Dermalogica and Image Skincare Facility, we hold our team to the highest standards of education, continuous skill development, and professional consultative care. Previous experience with one or both of these brands is preferred. If you have a strong work ethic, deep knowledge of skin physiology, and the ability to diagnose client needs and prescribe complete home care solutions, we want to meet you.
Requirements
- Active Arizona Aesthetician License (Required).
- Ability to ask digging questions (e.g., "What is bothering you most about your skin today?").
- Ability to uncover home care gaps.
- Ability to confidently prescribe home care solutions (like targeting specific eye care or cleanser routines).
- Ability to create strong, professional client relationships centered on long-term skin goals, rebooking, and phased product recommendations.
- Ability to clearly explain the "why" behind treatments (e.g., enzyme vs. acid peel action, barrier repair, active ingredients) during interview practicals.
- Drive to do your due diligence, stay updated on skincare technologies, and continuously elevate your craft.
- Willingness to work key peak shifts (evenings until 8:00 PM Monday–Friday and/or weekend shifts).
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with Dermalogica or Image Skincare brands is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform treatments using leading professional product lines as an Image Skincare and Dermalogica.
- Provide structured, scheduled training.
- Support team members who actively invest in their own professional development and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Solve the client's actual skin concerns.
- Uncover home care gaps during consultation.
- Deliver targeted in-room treatments.
- Prescribe the corresponding home regimen.
- Build long-term skin health plans.
- Ask digging questions (e.g., "What is bothering you most about your skin today?").
- Uncover home care gaps.
