About The Position
Hand & Stone Sarasota is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve its members and guests. The role focuses on providing skincare treatments, creating customized long-term treatment plans, and building relationships with clients. The company emphasizes a 'people first' culture and offers a service menu with the latest advances in skincare. Estheticians are expected to educate clients, recommend routine visits and homecare, and help clients discover a 'skincare ritual' rather than just a facial.
Requirements
- Active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
- Esthetics liability insurance
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
- Carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
- Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
- Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
- Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
- Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
