The role focuses on providing skincare treatments, building client relationships, and educating clients on skincare rituals. The company, FGG Spa, LLC, is a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, emphasizing a 'people first' culture and offering high-quality, results-driven treatment options. Estheticians will help clients discover the difference between a basic facial and a comprehensive skincare ritual through client education, routine visits, and homecare recommendations.

Requirements

Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
Carry Esthetics liability insurance
Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations

Responsibilities

Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals

Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
