Requirements

Current and valid Esthetician License required
Strong knowledge of skincare products and skin types
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, friendly, and welcoming personality
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to work independently while also being a team player

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a licensed esthetician preferred
Experience performing facials, skincare treatments, waxing, and brow services

Responsibilities

Provide professional facials and customized skincare treatments based on each client's individual needs
Perform waxing services, including facial and body waxing
Provide brow services, including shaping and grooming
Conduct skincare consultations and make appropriate product and treatment recommendations
Educate clients on proper skincare routines and at-home care
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Provide an exceptional client experience from consultation through completion of services
Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits
Stay current on skincare products, techniques, and industry trends
Work collaboratively with other members of the aesthetics and clinical team
Perform other duties as assigned
