About The Position
The Only Facial is seeking a licensed Esthetician who is passionate about customer's healthy skin care routines and enjoys building client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to guide customers through an experience that will improve their appearance and self-esteem.

Responsibilities
- Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
- Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas)
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
