Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Esthetician
• Valid esthetics license (provincial requirements apply)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced salon environment
• Flexible availability to support operational needs
• Creativity, confidence, flexibility, and a client-focused mindset
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service experiences

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional esthetic services that leave clients feeling confident, relaxed, and cared for
• Create personalized experiences by understanding each client’s needs and beauty goals
• Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits through exceptional service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space that meets Chatters’ standards
• Recommend products and services that support guest results and self-care routines
• Collaborate with the salon team to create a positive, high-energy environment
• Lead with professionalism while ensuring each client experience feels warm and engaging
