Hand & Stone South Miami is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve its members and guests. The role focuses on providing exceptional skincare services, building client relationships, and making a positive impact on clients' confidence. The Estheticians will offer innovative services, customized long-term treatment plans, and aim to make each facial appointment the best hour of the client's month. FGG Spa, LLC, the franchisee, emphasizes a people-first culture and offers a results-driven treatment program with the latest advancements in skincare. Estheticians will educate clients on routines and homecare to create a "skincare ritual" experience.

Requirements

Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
Carry Esthetics liability insurance

Responsibilities

Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
