About The Position

We are seeking an education and results-driven, goal-oriented Esthetician with weekend availability and a desire for advanced esthetics. We carry two different facial lines and offer a variety of services including LED, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microcurrent, body contouring, chemical peels, DiamondGlow, Luminfusion, nanopen, gua sha, and ice globes. Over 500 locations open across the U.S. We have opportunities for Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Spa Managers and Spa Associates at all stages of their careers. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Create progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms
• Flexibility with training hours
