About The Position
HAND AND STONE Massage and Facial Spa is hiring Licensed Facial Specialists for their spa in Pembroke Pines, FL. This role is for individuals with a passion for skincare looking for an opportunity to grow with a fast-growing spa concept. Hand and Stone is a membership-based spa with an extensive esthetics program including various facials, Diamond Glow, micro-derm, LED therapy, Microcurrent, peels, and Cryotherapy. Requirements
- Minimum Experience of 5 years required
- NIGHTS & WEEKENDS REQUIRED
- Retail sales experience
- Perform consecutive 50-minute facials, microdermabrasion, peels, waxing and other skincare services offered
- Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency
- Exceptional skills to educate and sell skincare products and programs
- Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations
- Carry liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line as it relates to Facial Specialists
- Customer service oriented
- Positive attitude, Team player, Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
- Must carry liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians

- Dermalogica experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
