FGG Spa, LLC, the franchisee, operates over 60 locations and prioritizes a "people first" culture, offering high-quality, results-driven treatments and focusing on client education and homecare recommendations.
Requirements
- Active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
- Esthetics liability insurance
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
- Carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
- Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
- Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
- Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
- Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
