Estheticians will educate clients on skincare and recommend homecare regimens to help them achieve their goals, making each facial appointment a positive experience. The company, FGG Spa, LLC, is a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa with multiple locations and a culture that prioritizes people.

Requirements

Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
