About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services, with over 600 locations across the US and Canada. We are a leader in the membership-based spa services industry. At our South Tampa, FL location, we focus on providing high-quality, result-driven facial treatments in a supportive and positive environment. We offer the latest advancements in skincare, including DiamondGlow, Nanoinfusion, Luminusion, LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Our estheticians have the opportunity to build comprehensive treatment plans for clients and can build repeat business through our membership model. We are seeking Licensed Estheticians looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Our estheticians are crucial to creating an outstanding customer experience, and we provide appointment booking and all supplies so they can focus on the client. Ongoing education is provided through Education on Demand platforms.
Requirements
- Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
- Carry liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
