The role focuses on providing skincare treatments, creating customized long-term treatment plans, and building relationships with clients to make their facial appointments a positive experience. Their Esthetics program offers high-quality, results-driven treatments and aims to educate clients on skincare rituals. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for maintaining an active license, providing excellent client experiences, prescribing treatment plans and homecare, communicating effectively, and achieving sales goals. The company offers flexible schedules for full-time and part-time positions.

Requirements

Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
Carry Esthetics liability insurance

Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals

Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
