About The Position

We are seeking an education and results-driven, goal-oriented Esthetician with weekend availability and a desire for advanced esthetics. We carry two different facial lines and offer a variety of services including LED, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microcurrent, body contouring, chemical peels, DiamondGlow, Luminfusion, nanopen, gua sha, and ice globes. This is a performance-based role where opportunity knocks. At Hand and Stone, we focus on creating an experience that exceeds our guests' expectations and treat every guest & employee with respect. Requirements

Strong retail and in-room upgrade record.
Liability insurance.
Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians.
Weekend availability.
Meet sales goals.
Flexibility for training.
Able to provide a consistent schedule with flexibility for ongoing training.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
Achieve sales goals.
Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
