About The Position

Hand & Stone High Point is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve its members and guests. The role focuses on helping people feel confident in their skin through innovative services, customized long-term treatment plans, and building relationships. Estheticians are educated and empowered to make a client's facial appointment the best hour of their month. FGG Spa, LLC, a franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, operates over 60 locations and emphasizes a 'people first' company culture. Their Esthetics program is built on high-quality, results-driven treatments, including the latest advances in skincare. Estheticians help clients discover the difference between 'getting a facial' and 'having a skincare ritual' through client education, routine visits, and post-treatment homecare recommendations.

Requirements

Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
Carry Esthetics liability insurance
Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations

Responsibilities

Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
