About The Position
Hand & Stone East Windsor is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve its members and guests. The role focuses on providing skincare treatments, creating customized long-term treatment plans, and building relationships with clients. FGG Spa, LLC, a franchisee of Hand & Stone, operates over 60 locations and prioritizes a 'people first' culture. The Esthetics program offers high-quality, results-driven treatments and educates clients on skincare routines and homecare recommendations.
Requirements
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
- Carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations

Responsibilities
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working

- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals

- Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
