About The Position

At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, we pride ourselves on hiring the absolute best Licensed Estheticians. We provide a unique and singular spa experience where we not only see first-time clients coming in for our world-class services but growth in our repeat client base as well. Because of our ever-expanding client base, we are looking to add enthusiastic, dedicated licensed estheticians to join our amazing team at our Prince Frederick, MD location.

Requirements

All our employees must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations and carry liability insurance, with no exceptions.
Employees must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
Knowledge of facials, microdermabrasion, hair removal, and other skin care services.
Employees must understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

Responsibilities

Listen to the clients.
Design specific treatment plans based on the client's individual needs
Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of esthetician rooms and common areas, including some laundry and cleaning.
Commit to bettering yourself professionally through practice, training, and continuing education.
