They are a leader in the membership-based spa services industry. This specific location in East Liberty aims to provide a relaxing and revitalizing experience for guests, focusing on skincare concerns and general relaxation. They are seeking a Licensed Esthetician for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment, offering high-quality, result-driven facial treatments. The spa's services include advanced skincare treatments like LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Estheticians have the opportunity to build personalized treatment plans for clients and can develop repeat business through the membership model. Estheticians are key to the customer experience, utilizing their skincare expertise and product knowledge. The company handles appointment booking and supplies, allowing estheticians to focus on clients. Ongoing education is provided through Education on Demand platforms.
Requirements
- Strong retail and in-treatment upgrade record
- Must carry liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
